Associate Manager, Dasher & Logistics

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of key results across Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets.
• Set strategy and build execution plans for business problems involving supply and demand, pay, benefits, quality, retention, and working conditions.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and implement next steps.
• Define and test hypotheses through experimentation, use AI to accelerate learning, and scale successful strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment and impact.
• Report to a Senior Manager and lead cross-functional workstreams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory work, or a related area.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with customer empathy.
• Independent working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Experience handling ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal and financial stakes.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
