Sr Manager, Materials Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: United States, Remote

Base salary: $137,000–$185,000 USD per year. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Support material procurement and sourcing across the manufacturing and supplier network.
• Align sourcing strategies with production capacity and operational priorities in partnership with internal teams and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier quality, reliability, and operational performance while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams on execution, decision-making, and performance visibility.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve planning efficiency, supplier performance, and overall value creation.
• Support reporting and analytics for procurement decisions and operational performance.

Requirements

• Understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, sourcing, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience or comfort with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Experience working across global manufacturing and supplier networks.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams.
