Logistics Manager, Americas Retail Operations

Location: Hybrid, onsite 2–3 times per week in San Francisco, California. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wisconsin are not being considered.

Salary: $119,000–$140,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area; $106,250–$125,000 for Region 2; $99,450–$117,000 for Region 3.

What you will do

• Own replenishment planning for assigned Americas retail accounts using sell-through, on-hand inventory, and forecast data.
• Monitor in-stock rates, weeks of supply, inventory health, aged inventory, and excess stock.
• Plan inventory buys and allocations for retailer launches, new products, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Manage day-to-day logistics execution, including shipment timing, routing guides, packaging, labeling, EDI readiness, and 3PL setup.
• Build freight cost and cost-to-serve analyses, maintain retail KPI reporting, and recommend cost reductions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Trade Compliance, Global Logistics, technical teams, IT, retailers, and 3PL partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail replenishment, inventory planning, retail logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with major retail accounts, forecasting, order planning, retailer portals, and EDI sales and inventory data.
• Working knowledge of retail compliance and routing guides.
• Experience analyzing inventory, forecasts, freight costs, or cost-to-serve, with familiarity with Prepaid and Collect freight structures.
• Experience working with 3PLs and cross-functional teams; exposure to Canada or LATAM distribution is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and clear communication with internal teams and retail partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, consumer electronics, apparel, or another product-shipping industry.
• SQL, BI tools, or planning systems experience.
• Experience with Canada or LATAM distribution.
