Experienced Technical Recruiter (Data & AI)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; hybrid

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission; first-year OTE: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Source and headhunt data and AI professionals for active vacancies.
• Screen candidates and assess their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Build specialist talent pipelines for current and future searches.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business through outreach and sales conversations.
• Manage interviews, offers, placements, and activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing candidates in agency recruitment, ideally within technology.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and manage multiple searches.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond their résumés.
• Comfort building client relationships and developing new business.
• Experience on a 360 recruitment desk is valuable.
