What you will do

• Develop new client relationships across the US and LATAM markets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage full 360 end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Deliver against individual and multi-hire client requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate networks across software engineering, data, machine learning, and AI markets.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• A consistent billing track record in a recruitment setting.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships in software engineering, data, machine learning, or AI.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to perform in a high-performance environment.
