MBA Strategic Finance Intern (Corporate FP&A)

Location: Mountain View, California; hybrid work at an hirify.global office location determined by the team and role. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full internship.

Salary: $37–$57 per hour in Mountain View.

What you will do

• Build enterprise-level financial models covering forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Prepare executive and board-level materials communicating strategic and financial insights.
• Develop business cases and support strategic financial initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment at an hirify.global office location; a relocation stipend is provided.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or an equivalent background in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for building and improving financial models.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and leadership-influence skills.
