2027 Summer Associate – Corporate Finance – Valuation

Location: Boston, MA; positions are based in the New York and Boston offices

What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information.
• Develop detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
• Organize large datasets in Microsoft Excel and use Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Research competitive advantages and disadvantages across client industries.
• Support valuation engagements involving transaction opinions, portfolio valuation, tax and financial reporting, litigation, and special situations.
• Communicate project status and results, participate in client meetings and presentations, and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Progress toward a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to verify legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
