Investment Analyst Intern (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Salary: $38 per hour

Robinhood is a fintech company building financial products designed to democratize finance and make private-company investments more accessible to retail investors.

What you will do

• Research markets and sectors relevant to Robinhood Ventures.
• Identify and source promising private companies.
• Support investment evaluations and core deal-team diligence.
• Build financial models, conduct competitive analysis, and help develop investment theses.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to build Robinhood Ventures experiences in the Robinhood app.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or finance at a high-growth company.
• Fluency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and private companies.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, high-output environment and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to attend the Menlo Park office in person at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Late-stage investing or venture capital experience.
• An existing startup ecosystem network or the ability to build one.
