Strategic Finance Senior Manager (SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work from hirify.global’s San Francisco office and home. Availability during core business hours is required, with travel as needed.

Salary: $181,220–$217,464 per year, with potential eligibility for equity and discretionary bonus programs.

What you will do

• Prepare Board, Audit, executive leadership, and forecast presentations that translate financial performance into actionable narratives.
• Own corporate consolidation, P&L roll-up, and administration of the forecasting system.
• Co-lead month-end financial reviews, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning.
• Partner with Accounting on close activities, forecasting assumptions, policy updates, and accounting treatment.
• Build repeatable corporate finance processes and improve tools and workflows.
• Own cash forecasting and lead ad hoc analyses covering capital allocation, guidance strategy, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related analytical roles.
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to build flexible, scalable decision-support models.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop actionable insights, and operate independently in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office in a hybrid arrangement and during core business hours.

Nice to have

• Public company reporting, close-process, and audit-support experience.
• Experience in SaaS, infrastructure, or high-growth technology.
• Experience applying AI or automation tools to finance workflows.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Looker, or other BI and data tools.
