Employee Experience Lead

Location: New York, United States; hybrid with an average of 3 days per week in the office

Expected pay range: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead company-wide employee experience, culture, engagement, onboarding, and employee lifecycle programs.
• Own internal communications strategy, calendars, messaging frameworks, company meetings, announcements, and employee-facing content.
• Design and improve onboarding programs, resources, welcome experiences, communications, and new-hire programming.
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives, virtual and in-person events, retreats, celebrations, leadership meetings, and manager training sessions.
• Manage engagement and event budgets while evaluating program effectiveness and business impact.
• Oversee workplace operations, facilities, vendors, office services, lease administration, and employee workplace requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, people operations, internal communications, or a related HR function.
• Experience designing and scaling culture, engagement, onboarding, or learning and development programs in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience using engagement data and employee feedback to develop actionable strategies with People leadership and senior business leaders.
• Strong internal communications, project management, written communication, verbal communication, judgment, discretion, and customer-service skills.
• Experience planning company events, offsites, or engagement programs, including budget management.
• Familiarity with workplace and facilities operations, vendor management, office logistics, and lease administration.
