Air Export Agent (Logistics)

Location: 425 Valley Drive, Brisbane, CA, United States. Onsite role with a Monday–Friday shift from 3:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

Salary: USD 24.00–30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely air export shipment processes for assigned accounts.
• Enter operational data accurately and on time, and track and trace shipments.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers, service providers, and government agencies.
• Manage client billing accurately, including dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, company policies, and external regulations.
• Identify efficiency improvements, complete cross-training, and support team coverage.

Requirements

• Proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute and touch-based 10-key data entry.
• Dangerous Goods certification is required.
• Export compliance knowledge and compliance certifications required for the duties must be maintained.
• General airline and logistics knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• Experience with data structures, APIs, integrations, system architecture, automation platforms, Microsoft Copilot, and M365 technologies.

• Experience developing automations, applications, or digital solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in operations, logistics, finance, or enterprise shared services.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or related technologies.
