Senior Analyst, Investor Relations

Location: Mountain View, CA; Livonia, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; or Dallas, TX. Hybrid work is required, with employees expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week and potentially more based on operational needs.

Salary: $115,000–$184,000 per year for Mountain View, CA; $104,000–$166,000 per year for Pittsburgh, PA, Livonia, MI, and Dallas, TX. Annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits are also available.

What you will do

• Support quarterly reporting, including shareholder letters, conference call scripts, investor presentations, and Q&A materials.
• Prepare executive briefings and coordinate investor marketing activities such as non-deal roadshows and investor conferences.
• Maintain the internal financial consensus model and track sell-side estimates and valuation metrics.
• Analyze 13-F filings and prepare quarterly reports on shareholder ownership and trading activity.
• Monitor peer results, sell-side research, industry media, and market research to identify relevant trends.
• Maintain investor relations databases, contact management systems, and research libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, sell-side or buy-side analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities, and demonstrate ownership and intellectual curiosity.

• Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
