Alternative Investor Services (Hedge Funds)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule with onsite work required 6 days per month

Salary: $70,000–$135,000 USD annual base salary; discretionary bonus and/or equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for fund investors and managers through email and telephone correspondence.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in accordance with offering documents and AML requirements.
• Communicate pending transactions and maintain accurate distribution information.
• Prepare and validate investor statements, letters, and related documents.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions through online banking platforms and confirm completed cash activity.
• Coordinate investor and cash activity with fund accounting and fund management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Previous experience in banking, hedge funds, or private equity funds.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
