Senior Corporate Development & Strategy Associate (AI)

Location: New York City; must be based in NYC and able to work from the NYC office 2–3 times per week. Travel: 10–25% as needed.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity options and performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the core growth model, including revenue levers, SaaS metrics, scenario analyses, and board reporting.
• Build financial and operational models and business cases for M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and new product development.
• Lead diligence efforts, using AI tools to accelerate initial data room review and identify areas requiring deeper analysis.
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations on growth plans, go-to-market strategy, new verticals, and M&A integration.
• Support high-priority business development opportunities and structure materials that move deals forward.
• Create executive- and board-ready presentations and analyses using tools such as Claude, Coworker, and Replit.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with three-statement financial modeling and key SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional analytical, written, oral, and visual presentation skills, with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Suite.
• Ability to work directly with senior executives and board members and distill complex analysis into clear narratives.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to automate routine analysis and improve work quality.
• Must be based in NYC and work from the NYC office 2–3 times per week; willingness to travel 10–25% as needed.
