Senior Analyst, Revenue Accounting Systems & Automation (AI)

Salary: $103,400–$181,800 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Develop and enhance revenue accounting reports, dashboards, analytics, and data models for recurring reporting and decision-making.
• Drive automation and process simplification initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve scalability, and strengthen financial controls.
• Translate accounting and business requirements into scalable systems, reporting, data, and automation solutions.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for reporting, analysis, documentation, reconciliations, and process support with appropriate governance and human oversight.
• Optimize Tableau Cloud dashboards, Tableau Prep workflows, Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and related revenue data flows.
• Analyze Snowflake and other financial data sources, investigate anomalies and root causes, and build monitoring and exception-reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and revenue-related business processes.
• Experience working with complex financial and operational data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, large-dataset analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial reporting, analytics, automation, finance systems, or process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives from requirements definition through implementation, adoption, governance, and audit readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Snowflake, Tableau Cloud, or Tableau Prep.
• Experience applying automation, generative AI, or emerging technologies to finance and accounting workflows.
• Experience designing exception reporting, monitoring, or control frameworks.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
