Senior Analyst, FP&A

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $80,000–$94,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management for the Dealer and FSAAS go-to-market verticals.
• Build scalable financial models, KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and planning frameworks for executive visibility and product investment decisions.
• Use BI tools, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and financial systems to report on top-line performance and key business drivers.
• Analyze budget performance, variance drivers, forecast risks, investment trade-offs, technology costs, and vendor spend.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, executive, and board-level materials and communicate recommendations to finance, product, technology, sales, marketing, and customer success stakeholders.
• Improve planning processes through automation and AI tools, and lead ad hoc analyses and special projects for FP&A leadership, the CFO, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, product or technology operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting executive, product, and technology leadership, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and structured financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent working skills, with comfort managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered; employment sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies and private equity portfolio company environments.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems.
• Experience with operating expense management, headcount planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
