Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, New York, United States

Salary: $161,000–$210,000 per year, plus eligibility for the equity plan.

hirify.global provides an AI-powered operating system and software platform for institutional real estate investing, combining listings, investment data, and execution workflows.

What you will do

• Build and deploy customer-facing features used by institutional real estate investors.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor throughout the development workflow.
• Own features end-to-end, from shaping requirements with product and design through production delivery.
• Review human-written and AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and edge cases.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to earlier-career engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years building web application backends with Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar technologies.
• 4+ years building web application frontends with React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, performance, reliability, and data integrity tradeoffs.
• Ability to own features independently, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, and collaborate with product and design.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted workflows in production.
• Background in high-growth SaaS.
• Interest in commercial real estate or fintech.
