Full Stack Developer (AI)

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own architecture and delivery across UI, API, and data workstreams for intelligent applications.
• Lead sequencing, integration planning, risk management, and multi-stream technical delivery.
• Define reference architectures, coding standards, quality gates, testing, observability, and security practices.
• Build reusable scaffolds, templates, CI/CD controls, containerization standards, and LLM/RAG evaluation modules.
• Partner with data teams on Databricks and Snowflake integrations, including contracts, identity, and performance patterns.
• Coach senior and mid-level engineers while improving delivery quality and throughput.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of equivalent experience or demonstrated staff-level impact.
• Experience leading multiple teams or technical workstreams.
• Strong full-stack architecture experience with React or Angular, Python services, and SQL performance optimization.
• Experience shipping production LLM systems, including RAG, tool use, and evaluations.
• Experience establishing governance for AI-assisted development, including verification, secrets and PII protection, and software supply-chain security.
• Strong best-practices governance mindset and experience mentoring engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-trust client environments and transformation programs.
• Experience creating agentic engineering guardrails and templates.
• Databricks or Snowflake lakehouse and warehouse experience.
