Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Primarily remote in the United States, with Virginia strongly preferred and the ability to reach Herndon when required

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 base plus up to 25% annual bonus

What you will do

• Build and ship Python-heavy backend and data systems from problem definition through production.
• Own meaningful product functionality end to end across backend, data engineering, ML/AI tooling, and frontend.
• Develop complete features using Python and modern frontend technologies such as React or Vue.
• Work with customer and mission stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
• Contribute as a senior technical engineer while the US engineering capability grows.

Requirements

• Senior-level full stack engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience with backend and data systems.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React or Vue.
• Ability to work across data engineering, machine learning or AI tooling, and frontend development.
• US citizenship is required.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance is required.
