Senior Data Analyst, GTM Operations

Location: Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work environment and offices in Toronto and Saskatoon

Base compensation: CAD $100,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own go-to-market and Finance analytics from question scoping through data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Lead strategic projects that improve GTM and Finance operations and coordinate with analysts, engineers, and business partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metric definitions as reliable sources of truth.
• Enable self-service analytics by improving data accessibility and tooling for GTM and Finance teams.
• Use AI and the semantic layer to accelerate analysis and improve team efficiency.
• Mentor analysts, contribute to shared quality standards, and help shape the analytics roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including financial or go-to-market reporting.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous analysis end to end and translating findings into business decisions.
• Strong SQL skills in Snowflake or an equivalent modern data warehouse and experience with ThoughtSpot or another BI tool.
• Experience working with systems such as Stripe, Salesforce, and FinQore or equivalent platforms.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, and pipeline, with the ability to connect analysis to revenue, cost, and operational outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional communication, decision influence, and mentoring experience, including active and responsible use of AI in analytical work.
