Data Science & Analytics Team Member (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Base salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus possible equity.

What you will do

• Join the central Data Science & Analytics team and embed within a core business area.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analyses should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics.
• Partner with product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders to deliver recommendations.
• Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end to end.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
