What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end analytical projects shaping commercial, product, and marketing decisions.
• Build advanced forecasting models integrating financial planning, seasonality, and sporting events.
• Redesign and enhance Tableau dashboards for faster, actionable insights.
• Improve data quality and accessibility by optimizing reporting and partnering with Data Engineering.
• Apply statistical analysis and experimentation to identify revenue and growth opportunities.
• Mentor team members and identify future analytical opportunities to mature the analytics function.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL and strong Python (preferred) or R, Tableau, and statistical analysis skills.
• Proven experience delivering analytical projects independently from scoping to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Commercial mindset with experience influencing business strategy through data.
• Experience mentoring team members and driving high standards in analytics delivery.
• Location: Halifax, Canada with hybrid work format

• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or digital businesses with strong web analytics exposure.
