Senior Data Analyst (Sports & iGaming)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end analytical projects supporting commercial, product, and marketing decisions across the Sports portfolio.
• Build forecasting models using financial planning, historical performance, seasonality, and sporting events.
• Redesign and improve Tableau dashboards to provide faster, actionable performance insights.
• Identify data gaps, optimise reporting, and partner with Data Engineering to strengthen data pipelines.
• Apply statistical analysis, behavioural analytics, and experimentation to improve revenue, conversion, and long-term growth.
• Mentor team members and identify opportunities to mature the Performance & Insights function.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL and strong Python or R skills.
• Strong Tableau and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Experience independently delivering analytical projects from scoping through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset and experience using data to influence strategy and decision-making.
• Experience mentoring or supporting analytical team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or another digital business with strong web analytics exposure.
