Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Semiconductor)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States

Compensation: Up to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to define requisition requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and service expectations.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for approximately 10 or more concurrent requisitions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using professional networks, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, referrals, and talent communities.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured initial screens and present qualified candidates with clear, accurate screening notes.
• Maintain pipeline data, candidate activity, dispositions, and notes in Workday and other approved recruiting tools.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in a corporate, agency, or recruitment process outsourcing environment.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, and creative sourcing methods.
• Ability to conduct structured candidate screens and evaluate qualifications against defined requirements.
• Ability to manage 10 or more concurrent requisitions, balance priorities, and meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, partnership, and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, research and development, technical, or other specialized roles.
• Knowledge of chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries.
