Technical Sourcer

Location: Remote (US)

What you will do

• Build talent pipelines across Engineering, Product, and Design, supporting additional priority searches as needed.
• Map talent markets and identify companies, communities, universities, and other sources of technical talent.
• Develop outbound, referral, community, and channel-based sourcing strategies.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and refine searches.
• Use data and market insights to identify pipeline gaps and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Engage candidates from initial outreach through screening as role and team knowledge develops.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, including experience finding technical talent.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals and a track record of reaching hard-to-find candidates.
• Experience writing outreach that attracts passive candidates and generates responses.
• Strong judgment, curiosity, and the ability to learn new talent markets quickly.
• Comfort using data, experimenting with new approaches, and adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience building talent maps or pipelines from scratch.
• Sourcing experience across Engineering, Product, or Design.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and AI-powered search tools.
