Physician Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote, based in Brentwood, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage candidate flow, including resume review, interview preparation and scheduling, testing, pre-screening, and onboarding support.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop role-specific sourcing strategies.
• Execute candidate search campaigns using a range of sourcing tools and techniques.
• Build and maintain networks of active and passive candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Create sourcing plans and report on recruiting trends and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build talent pipelines across healthcare job types and experience levels while maintaining accurate ATS documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting in a related industry.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and using sourcing tools.
• Must be based in the United States; the position is remote and based in Brentwood, Tennessee.
