Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Design and operate governance processes for strategic planning and execution across hirify.globalS Product Engineering, Poly, ACS, and MDS.
• Establish prioritization and planning forums and drive cross-functional decision-making and issue resolution.
• Align priorities, staffing plans, investments, and roadmaps with business and operational objectives.
• Track strategic initiatives, dependencies, risks, escalations, and commitments across organizational boundaries.
• Prepare executive reviews, business updates, planning sessions, reports, and communications.
• Drive action tracking, accountability, stakeholder engagement, and execution predictability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in technology organizations.
• Experience influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and planning processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and business leadership teams.
