Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, Engineering Services (AWS/Kubernetes)

Location: Full-time, on-site at Sunnyvale HQ, Sunnyvale, California, United States

Base salary: $165,000–$195,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate a shared CI/CD pipeline for Signals, K7/Nav, and Legacy.
• Own the cloud infrastructure supporting SaaS platforms and internal tooling.
• Standardize containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code across product programs.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on platform hardening.
• Coordinate with Fleet and Release Automation on OTA delivery connected to cloud pipelines.
• Build platform observability and metrics for reliable production visibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with senior ownership of production infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline design skills, including fast feedback loops and safe deployments.
• Experience supporting multiple product teams through a shared platform.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the Sunnyvale headquarters.

Nice to have

• Video or streaming infrastructure experience at scale.
• Robotics, IoT, or connected-device fleet experience.
• Experience with SOC 2 or a comparable regulated environment.
• Experience insourcing a platform from a third-party vendor.
