Finance and Accounting Associate (FP&A)

Location: 100% onsite at the Clarksville, Tennessee facility; daily office commuting required. Occasional evening video conferences or conference calls with headquarters in Korea may be required.

Annual salary starting at $60,000.

What you will do

• Collect, validate, clean, and consolidate financial, manufacturing, and operational data from ERP and other business systems.
• Develop recurring reports and analytical tools to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Track OPEX against budgets and forecasts, investigate significant variances, and provide spending visibility to management.
• Analyze product costs, raw material valuations, inventory movements, manufacturing expenses, and margin changes.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reporting packages and Actual vs. Budget and Forecast analyses for OPEX and COGS.
• Coordinate financial reporting and information sharing between U.S. operations and headquarters in Korea, while supporting CapEx and cost-optimization projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 0–2 years of experience in corporate finance, managerial accounting, or a relevant corporate internship.
• Professional-level written and verbal fluency in English and Korean is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and auditable spreadsheet development.
• Foundational knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, OPEX tracking, and managerial accounting workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in Clarksville, Tennessee and reliably commute to the office daily.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Essbase, or other ERP and financial planning systems.
