What you will do

• Lead accounting policies, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and internal control processes.
• Direct the month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, inventory analysis, and financial reporting.
• Review orders and maintain revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606.
• Manage fixed assets, capital expenditure requests, tax compliance, audits, and required financial analyses.
• Maintain the ERP and business information systems while partnering with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, engineering, and shared services.
• Coach and develop accounting personnel, manage staffing and expenses, and support profitable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial analysis, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP and business software; Syteline experience is preferred.
• Proven hands-on team player able to support company goals.
