What you will do

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver small to medium-sized connected-device projects across all clinical trial phases.
• Lead cross-functional connected-device teams and coordinate project work according to the customer-approved scope of work.
• Document project-specific guidelines, circulate them to project members, and ensure the team is trained on them.
• Track progress, identify project risks, and support corrective actions and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare project updates for internal and external meetings and manage project financials, revenue recognition, forecasts, and change orders.
• Conduct end-of-project reviews and provide project performance input to line managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related discipline preferred.
• Three years of industry experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Leadership, prioritization, scheduling, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and project teams.
