Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop project management processes, tools, documentation, metrics, and reporting to strengthen governance and execution.
• Analyze project data and performance indicators to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communicate project status, expectations, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Mentor project team members, facilitate retrospectives, and implement continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Wrike.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Smartsheet experience.
• Experience with Mavenlink, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
