Associate Manager / Manager, Project Services - Laboratories (Remote - East Coast)

Location: 100% remote, aligned to Eastern Time business hours; Marietta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $64,200–$173,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Manage clinical trial laboratory projects from award through closeout, ensuring protocol requirements are understood and applied.
• Lead study setup, including protocol and budget review, startup meetings, and project and risk management plans.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, metrics, budgets, trends, scope changes, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, leading client communications, meetings, issue triage, and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve study obstacles and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Oversee laboratory instructions and specifications, support proposals and bid defenses, and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, including study setup, method validation or transfer, or client programs.
• Experience with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, client management, and written and verbal communication.
• Good command of English and availability to work Eastern Time business hours.
