TL;DR
Senior Development Engineer MXT (AI): Designing enterprise software, integration, data, testing, and infrastructure solutions with an accent on AI coding agents, automated quality engineering, and full-stack architecture. Focus on establishing engineering standards, building scalable CI/CD and cloud environments, and leading complex performance, integration, and data engineering challenges.

What you will do
- Design software, integration, data, testing, and infrastructure architectures for enterprise projects.
- Define engineering standards, prompt templates, workflows, review criteria, and guardrails for AI-assisted development.
- Develop and debug applications across multiple front-end and back-end frameworks, review code, and mentor junior developers.
- Build automated testing frameworks and lead performance, load, stress, risk-based, and user acceptance testing.
- Design cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and production-like environments.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, document architecture and APIs, and establish engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, a quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of relevant practical experience.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages or software tools and design patterns across front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, version control, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud services, technical writing, and diagramming.
- Knowledge of AI agent configuration, prompt engineering, AI-assisted code review, security patterns, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Must be able and willing to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice to have
- Data engineering experience with pipelines, warehousing, streaming, governance, and data visualization.
- Integration architecture experience with REST, SOAP, gRPC, middleware, message brokers, ETL, and integration platforms.
- Experience with SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, Talend, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
- Experience with cloud cost optimization, data security, third-party vendors, and complex integration incident resolution.
