Implementation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own technical implementation workstreams from scoping and planning through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Build and configure integrations with tools such as Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.
• Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings, configurations, and technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, agencies, customers, and other stakeholders during implementation and rollout.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training materials, and onboarding processes.
• Orchestrate AI- and agent-driven workflows, automate engineering and operational tasks, and improve evaluation and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a related technical role.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures such as Google Cloud or Azure.
• Ability to independently deliver complex technical implementation projects and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Engineering, business, and client-facing teams.
• Experience using AI-enabled development tools, orchestrating multi-step AI or agent-driven workflows, and selecting models, tools, and execution patterns.
• Ability to review and harden AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural fit.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology environments.
• Experience creating prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.
• Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.
• Experience informally mentoring junior implementation engineers.
