What you will do
- Design, architect, develop, and deploy next-generation AI products and capabilities.
- Build Generative AI, LLM, agentic AI, and intelligent automation features across the product portfolio.
- Drive AI product architecture from concept through production, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and measurable customer value.
- Collaborate with Software Development, Data Science, Product Management, and Engineering teams to address complex industrial challenges.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate research innovations into production-ready features.
- Mentor entry-level developers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, C#, or C++.
- Experience developing and shipping AI-powered products and services in production environments.
- Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agentic AI architectures.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure, lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, experimentation, governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
