Agentic Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI/Full-Stack Development): Building and delivering full-stack software features with an accent on AI coding-agent orchestration, scalable architecture, and automated quality assurance. Focus on supervising AI-generated code, designing secure agent workflows, implementing frontend and backend services, and building unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks.
Location: Mexicali, Mexico; in-office position. Travel requirement: 0%.

What you will do
- Orchestrate AI development agents for coding, documentation, and refactoring through secure, maintainable pipelines and approved platforms.
- Supervise agent outputs, enforce code quality standards, manage version control, and maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
- Design modular, scalable, secure, and cost-aware architectures and document key technical decisions.
- Build frontend features, backend services, APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
- Define testing standards and implement automated unit, integration, and E2E tests with explicit coverage targets.
- Align engineering work with KPIs and business outcomes for construction-sector products and complex ERP-related workflows.
Requirements
- Experience using and managing AI coding agents, including evaluating their limitations, errors, and generated code.
- Proficiency in prompt design, agentic programming, agent oversight, and assessment of AI-generated code.
- Experience with modern full-stack development, system architecture, frontend frameworks, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience designing and implementing automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Knowledge of ethical AI principles, including privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Familiarity with project-based business logic, job costing, budget forecasting, and resource management in complex ERP systems.
