Regional Sales Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, with residence required within the Tennessee, North Carolina, or South Carolina territory; 75% travel required. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Annual salary: $138,200–$234,900

What you will do

• Lead and manage Clinical Account Specialists across the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and develop resources for customer teams.
• Coach specialists, oversee training, and complete people-management processes.
• Build relationships and networks with healthcare providers, hospitals, managed care organizations, and other influential customers.
• Support customers with clinical information, educational resources, and clinical training programs.

Requirements

• Must reside within the Tennessee, North Carolina, or South Carolina territory.
• Previous field sales management experience.
• Experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, managed care, sales support, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device environments.
• At least six years of sales experience, or 10+ years of equivalent experience without a degree; four or more years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries is preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional, healthcare, scientific, marketing, or military experience.
