What you will do

• Manage the site portfolio of continuous improvement and transformational Operational Excellence projects across functions and the full value stream.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and strategy deployment methods.
• Coach and mentor OpEx and Kaizen leaders, develop Lean capability, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain OpEx frameworks, business process management practices, performance indicators, and benefit reporting.
• Design and deliver modern training, learning simulations, reports, presentations, and visual communications.
• Use AI and digital technologies to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, automate processes, and support manufacturing technology introduction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or a related field, with a bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience applying Lean or Six Sigma tools to improve processes, eliminate waste, and achieve sustainable results.
• Experience with Problem Solving, 5S, Kanban, Visual Controls, Kaizen, Standard Work, mistake-proofing, Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, Just-in-Time manufacturing, Business Process Management, and Strategy Deployment.
• Strong facilitation, statistical analysis, financial analysis, project management, change management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, coach others, and quantify financial benefits.
• Experience driving change in GMP and heavily regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience mentoring others through Lean Six Sigma certification.
