What you will do

• Lead business cases for new product introduction, product lifecycle, continuous improvement, digital technology, and capital project portfolios.
• Represent the Ohio site in cross-functional discussions with operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, process development, and product delivery teams.
• Manage business cases from planning and implementation through monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Assess technical, financial, organizational, schedule, resource, and productivity impacts.
• Develop tools, processes, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and operational improvement.
• Engage site leaders and functional stakeholders to align business case goals, benefits, priorities, and resource needs.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree plus 2 years of project management, operations, or business experience; or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience; equivalent associate’s degree or high school diploma pathways are also accepted with additional experience.
• Experience managing programs or project portfolios.
• Experience implementing cross-functional strategic programs across operational sites.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different management levels in a global environment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, team-building, change-management, communication, budgeting, resource-planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with AI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
