Senior Business Analyst (Workday)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Up to 18 remote workdays per quarter are available with manager approval.

Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and additional total rewards.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Workday configuration and integrations.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and global business process improvements.
• Support Workday Core HCM modules, including Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning.
• Partner with HR on open enrollment, year-end merit and performance cycles, and bi-annual Workday upgrades.
• Coordinate testing, EIB uploads, integrations, and preparation for release dates.
• Contribute to the Workday product roadmap and support annual external audits.

Requirements

• Experience in at least three areas including applications development, business process and workflow management, enterprise architecture, project management, quality assurance, infrastructure, or systems support.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise HR applications.
• Experience with Agile software development, traditional project management, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, translate business and technical concepts, and provide timely issue resolution.
• Strong integrity, discretion, confidentiality, communication, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, process and workflow tools, and collaboration tools.
