Senior Manager, HR Transformation – Workday PM/BA

Location: Remote within the United States; hybrid work in the Tampa Bay area requires three days per week at the Saint Petersburg, Florida corporate office. Fully remote work may be available for highly qualified candidates outside the region.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for intake, assessment, prioritization, and approval of Workday enhancements.
• Own the Workday change pipeline and roadmap while balancing priorities, dependencies, capacity, and resources.
• Lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, data analysis, and end-to-end impact assessments across HR and downstream systems.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solution designs and act as a subject matter expert in Workday and HR processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery from solution design through testing and deployment.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and success measures across concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in HR Product Management or HR, with 10–15 years of general experience and 3–6 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior Workday experience is required; Workday Configuration experience is essential.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, impact assessment, governance, prioritization, and roadmap management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.

Nice to have

• Workday Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration experience.
• Workday Talent Management and Employee Experience configuration, including Career Hub, Recruitment, Onboarding, or Learning.
• Financial services experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
