Manager, IT Business Systems Analysis (HRIT/Workday)

Salary: $111,400–$156,800 base pay annually

What you will do

• Plan, implement, maintain, and support Workday and the organization’s HR systems.
• Collaborate with vendors on Workday product capabilities and future direction.
• Define HR systems strategy with IT managers and align Workday capabilities with business initiatives.
• Direct system design, configuration, programming, installation, operations, and ongoing issue resolution.
• Coordinate IT project management, portfolio prioritization, architecture, quality assurance, deadlines, and budgets.
• Lead, assign, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop HRIT professionals and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of related professional experience.
• Previous experience supervising staff.
• Experience managing HR systems, especially Workday.
• Experience implementing technologies from established vendors.
• Advanced logical reasoning, critical thinking, planning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
