PLM Configuration Analysis Manager

Annual salary: $112,000–$208,000, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the PLM team through strategic guidance, mentoring, training, and career development.
• Serve as the PLM configuration subject matter expert for emulation and prototyping products.
• Manage product lifecycle configurations, multi-product bills of materials, component creation, and lifecycle validation.
• Lead Change Control Board reviews and coordinate prioritization of PLM changes with cross-functional owners.
• Oversee integrations between Arena, SAP, ServiceMax, SupplierSoft, SDA/EDM, SiliconExpert, and contract manufacturers.
• Drive environmental governance, ISO 9001 compliance, process improvement initiatives, OKRs, and departmental budget planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in configuration management or a similar role, including direct PLM team management.
• Administration training in PLM systems such as Arena, SAP, Agile, Oracle Fusion, or IFS.
• Experience with SiliconExpert, ServiceMax, Jira, SupplierSoft, Orcad, and related PLM tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, MS Project, Visio, or similar software.
• Training in ISO 9001:2015 and strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
