Product Owner - Digital Channels (Fintech)

Salary: $95,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and champion product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for digital solutions supporting the mortgage lending experience.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements definition through development, launch, testing, and iteration.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into goals, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, and data analyses.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with development teams, Tech Leads, and UAT.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across business units, technology teams, subject-matter experts, project managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive operational improvements, risk mitigation, contingency planning, documentation, and alignment with revenue and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies and a proven record of delivering complex technology products or programs.
• Strong knowledge of product management, business analysis, process improvement, data management, database technologies, and software systems architecture.
• Experience with Agile and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, plus strong proficiency with G-Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence without authority, work independently, and engage stakeholders at all levels. Financial services or mortgage industry experience is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools, Snowflake, SQL Server, .NET, XML/EDI, GTM, or Google Analytics.
• Experience in financial services, particularly the mortgage industry.
