Product Owner Sr, Global Payments

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; or Phoenix, AZ.

Base salary: $112,000–$249,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the UK Payments Hub vision, roadmap, and product backlog.
• Drive delivery across CHAPS, Bacs, Faster Payments, and SWIFT in line with regulatory and ISO 20022 requirements.
• Define requirements with engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
• Integrate the payments hub with core banking systems, including general ledger, compliance, and reconciliation platforms.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on UK clearing and settlement schemes.
• Guide Scrum teams, prioritize work by business value, accept completed product increments, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Agile development, Scrum, product backlog management, and prioritization.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, stakeholder management, and business skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to manage business risks.
• Must work in the office at one of the listed U.S. locations; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
