Digital Product Manager III (Fintech)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite contract-to-hire position.

Pay range: $XXX–$XXX; exact compensation is determined by role scope, complexity, location, labor market, skills, education, experience, and other employment conditions.

What you will do

• Define the long-term strategy, roadmap, and expansion plans for assigned digital products and capabilities.
• Own customer journeys and analyze usage, sales, fraud, and other performance metrics to produce forecasts and insights.
• Build lean business cases, quantify investments, secure prioritization, and conduct post-release analysis.
• Lead research, identify customer experience gaps, and guide data-driven digital improvements.
• Manage product risks, vendor relationships, compliance activities, marketing collateral, and frontline enablement.
• Collaborate with digital, UX, business, technology, and senior leadership stakeholders while mentoring department members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience in digital banking, digital product management, business case development, or financial services; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED and 11 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of project management or software delivery methodologies, such as Agile.
• Experience with strategic planning, financial analysis, business case development, conflict resolution, and launching digital initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, and independent decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to work effectively in a shared services and matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• SAFe Agilist or Product Owner/Manager certification.
• Experience with BSA, AML, OFAC, or CDD requirements.
