Senior Product Manager (Mortgage)

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina, USA

Salary: $117,500–$156,650 annually

What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative mortgage and real estate technology products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities and gaps.
• Translate product strategy and customer needs into requirements, specifications, pricing considerations, and release priorities.
• Use Lean and UX principles, wireframes, and product metrics to validate user needs and improve features.
• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external influencers throughout product development and deployment.
• Lead planning activities and provide direction to product development teams, including occasional work outside normal hours based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience in product or services development.
• Experience with product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and UX principles, as well as consumer marketing analytics.
• Strong Excel and Visio skills or experience with comparable tools.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, relationship-building, strategic agility, and negotiation skills.
