Multinational Client Executive (Insurance)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; primarily office-based

Base salary: $85,000–$112,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Manage multinational service delivery and the client experience for an assigned portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs.
• Coordinate communication, project management, and service activities across brokers, clients, underwriters, distribution, claims, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on multinational program design, reinsurance structures, territorial information, and local regulatory compliance.
• Lead policy and invoice documentation, service-level agreement delivery, service fee discipline, and contract certainty.
• Support claims protocols, loss-sensitive program documentation, reinsurance panel approvals, and legal review.
• Contribute to portfolio growth through client stewardship, prospecting, training, and collaboration with product and distribution teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in client servicing at a broker or insurance company.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, reinsurance structures, and multinational processes.
• Experience working with multinational corporations, senior client personnel, and risk managers.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet tight deadlines and service-level agreements.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
