Sr Director, Enterprise Strategy (Consumer Products)

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; the role is based out of Camden with limited travel to other locations.

Salary: $220,200–$302,800 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead preparation for six annual Board of Directors meetings, including agenda setting, content development, and process management.
• Own the enterprise strategic planning process, including situation analysis, strategic plans, annual operating plans, and contingency planning.
• Develop communications and recommendations that create clarity and alignment around strategic priorities.
• Lead strategic projects supporting growth and change, including portfolio evaluation and other enterprise initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion through market, consumer, customer, competitive, and business analysis.
• Assess acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships and prepare recommendations based on due diligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Camden, New Jersey, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a business-related field is preferred, and an MBA is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience post-MBA or 12+ years post-bachelor’s degree in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, project management, business operations, and/or finance.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from complex data and develop clear business cases.
• Strong executive presentation, facilitation, written communication, leadership, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of the consumer products or food industry, with discretion and independent judgment when handling confidential matters.
