Construction Project Management Advisor

Location: Onsite in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, United States. Remote work is not available; some travel to job sites may be required.

Salary: $4,324.00–$11,309.65 per month.

What you will do

• Manage the largest and most complex construction projects for automated facilities and material-handling stations from planning through construction, start-up, commissioning, and hand-off.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, capital funding, specifications, and installation plans.
• Coordinate internal planning, design, procurement, real estate, IT, finance, environmental, and legal stakeholders.
• Manage developers, general contractors, architectural engineering firms, vendors, and local jurisdictions, including requirements for Certificates of Occupancy.
• Monitor progress, equipment installation, vendor performance, testing, change orders, risks, and operational issues to minimize delays.
• Mentor engineers and other project managers while leading complex project communications and conflict-resolution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, construction project management, or a related field; equivalent related experience may be considered.
• At least nine years of progressive experience managing complex, first-of-a-kind construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering project management, construction documents, technical specifications, drawings, and project management software.
• Experience developing schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk mitigation plans, and contractor or vendor coordination strategies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work onsite in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, United States; some job-site travel may be required.
